Planning has begun for the 2009 CHI/GH Chicagoland event. A date has been set, and I would like to gauge interest to we can get a rough headcount for activities.

I can't plan more than a month out unfortunately due to work. I will have to see what I can work out.
I will be there. I am signed up. I should be able to get the day off but I wouldn't worry to much about it.

how has that mofo been I haven't heard from him in awhile. I talk to Haloeight once in awhile. He ended up working in a neighborhood right across the street from the family business all summer and none of us knew lol.

We have Sunday to explore Chicago. Any ideas for kid friendly places to visit?
The Vanderhorn Sex Museum?
The downtown mall, hershey's store, ghirardelli store (across the street from hershey's store).
The mall has a couple of kids stores in it.
The hershey's store has a candy factory activity type thing for kids, and they also sell stuff that isn't candy.
Ghiradelli just has some nice chocolate drinks.

Last time I was in Chicago I was just amazed by everything. You won't have a problem finding anything fun.

There's a kid museum at Navy Pier, kinda fun just to walk on the pier.
the Museum of Science and Industry is always good.
I was just at the Shedd Aquarium a couple of weeks ago, and that was pretty stunning. We saw a spongebob 3d show that was neat.
it involved a pickle.
there was also a dog show, it was neat.
and lots of fish.
