Does anyone own this? I won it at the lan party and haven't played it yet. Is it any good?

its fun. i wouldnt say i owned it. but i have played it and it is fun. more fun than dungeon siege 1, which i thought was quite fun.

I really want this game, sadly at $50 its too much for me.

I enjoyed the first one (played it online a number of times back in the days when the hackers were rulling Counter Strike servers)

Graphics are nice, and the new skill tree (basically a d2 ripoff) is nice but the combat system, especially switching attack style is a pain in the ass, no more hotkeys to swtich between melee, ranged, combat mag, nat mag. :(

Other thing I don't like is the spell system. The auto-cast spells didn't really work properly when I was LANing with my friends, even if I had my friends selected the heal would not auto-cast. Personally, I prefer DS1 to DS2 just because of the interface changes. Had they kept the DS1 interface and added the skills in as F# keys I think I would like it a lot more.
