What do you guys use (if anything) for making DVDs? I hear DVD-R is best and have heard RiData by RITEK is pretty good. I am new to the DVD copying world so any help would be great. I ripped my first DVD to my HD yesterday with DVD decryptor. If you guys have any helpful hints let me know too. Mainly I wanna try this new dvd burner but wanna make sure I have good media before I do it.
gordian knott -- ive used that before and its a decent setup. a bit on the confusing side thou. DVDXCopy is suppesed to be easy.

Nero 6, cracked Ultra edition license..
I'm currently using 8x Memorex DVD+Rs... Mainly because there was a sale and they were only $20 for 25.
But then, I haven't bothered to try making a REAL dvd, I just use them for data storage.

I use and LOVE these discs, but I get the 4x inkjet writable... they look nicer when you Sharpie them.
