I took a cs break a while ago, and my friends got me interested in Planetside (http://planetside.station.sony.com/), though I couldn't play it until just recently.
Kas ran off and got addicted to it before I did, and we are rolling with 12-ish people in our squads a night..if your computer can handle it, its alot of fun.

Its a very Tribes2-ish, MMOFPS. If any of you guys play, or would like to give it a shot sometime, PM me and we can get you hooked up to come play with us. I'll post some screenshots later.

i dont play games with monthly fees. IF it wasnt for that one single issue id of been playing it since it came out.

I a HUGE tribes and T2 fan. Cant wait for the 3rd one, supposed to be a balance of both 1 and 2

Some of us are playing Joint Operations these days. Its not subscription based.

Babyseal, you should make that break a permanent vacation. CS is an old game, there are soo many new ones out there waiting for you to fidn them.

Strange you pick Planetside though.

i think I have a free copy of that (as I have a fileplanet account).

don't listen to the evil evil man posted right before me. come back to CS, damnit...

i wish there was a game i could play weekly. being married n all doesn't allow much time for gaming. i won't mind sharing an account with someone (split costs).

Old game, was fun in beta. Then it got really buggy and was no longer fun. Joint Operations is the place to be now. Similiar concept of gameplay but with more realistic feel.
