what if it broke

The only openings in it are outside of the case and the airline for the bubble has a one way valve. I would have prefered the entire thing to be an enclosed system (Ie, the air is pumped from the top of the tank, not from an external source, but its good. The inside pane is a really thick acryllic window, the tank part is all "external" to the case.

The only problem is if you travelled you'd technically need to empty it first, but since I have the original side panel as well, I could just swap them. Its mostly for myself as a gag since I keep fish.

chichilids? that a 30 gallon tank? you should invest in some loaches, now THEY have some personality.

No, that's a 90 gallon. Those oscars are 7 inches long, the common pleco is 12 inches. I've got five clown loaches in the other 90 gallon.

OMG YOU HAVE CLOWN LOACHES!!! meee tooo! They are like little puppies. (I have them in a 35 hex... when they grow up so will there home). I also have 4 pakistan loaches in my 20 (they are fun to watch as well).

They're ugly. Like little puppies. I swear. You said it about loaches but I disagree. Oscars are wimpy little whiny oh-so-cute puppy dogs. Everyone thinks they're super tough but only between each other, other SA cichlids easily beat them up. They're incredibly interactive and aware of what's going on outside the tank.

I have to be careful when I go to feed because they'll try to jump out to get the food. I've had one jump 3 inches out to nibble my finger. :P

haha, my loaches like to "dance" for me before feeding time. They like to roll over eachother, swim up to one corner down to the next, its funny.
