I was bored and whipped this up real quick. I couldnt think of anything witty for the slogan, so if any of you can come up with something better i'll throw it in there

Not bad, I'll see about using it, at least temporarily, when I get home from work. There's a full site theme under design, but its not quite done yet.

(Spyder, you should find ThriKreen on IRC (gamesurge.net, #gamehavoc) and see if you can help him out any, he's doing the site design)

I was bored and wanted to see if i could pull off this effect, which I did. I like the other better but seeing it gave me the idea of trying to pull this effect on the logo. im a loser I know. Plus it gives me something else to do instead of studying for my finals.

hmm, i do like the look of that, im gonna make a better one with a better font

edit: and i'm gonna make the text lighter in that original logo, the main text is too dark

Yeah eyecandy is a filter package that you can add on to photoshop. I use it for alot of my effects.

The gamehavoc logo with the corona and circles behind it is nice, but I think it's a bit flashy for this site. I like your first post the best.
