Why is holding a 7lb weight with your arms held out special? A jug of milk weighs more. I don't go around doing it for fun, but I can do it, and I'm a skinny little guy.

That's nothing, I saw some kid on Ripley's Believe it or not who could bend steel bars and he looked like a mini ah-nold with long hair. I pooped my pants and cried myself to sleep after watching it.

guys, its not just holding milk jugs with your arms straight. Its holding them with your arms straight and out in front of you (perpedicular to your body). Also, I think they mean holding it there for a LONG time. Often done by weight lifters with 10-25 lbs.
