when you work on something for a period of time you'r not that objective to your work after a certain amount of timeMmm, yes, I can smell this loss.
Basic web design rules:
1) Flash is annoying. Limit its use and, for goodness sake, don't make the navigation menu flash.
2) Background sounds and music not requested by the user are annoying. Either only play once or not until prompted. Most times I go "Screw you" and leave rather than try to find a way to turn it off, Sometimes, if I really really really need to be somewhere, I'll just mute my sound.
3) Flash is annoying.
4) Forcing your users to resize their browser above, oh, 900 to a 1000, is painful. It's also not a good practice, in my very mucn not humble opinion (for this, anyway) bcause not everyone has the luxery of a huge monitor or they don't want their browser to take up the entire screen.
5) Flash is annoying.
Note regarding 1, 3, and 5: I have flash blocked so I have to click on any flash on a page before it plays. Thus, flash is even more annoying if I have to click on everything all the time. I can whitelist a site to play flash but then I don't usually do repeat visits to sites that contain too much flash.

Woot... opinions already... aye well i know flash menu arent the best thing for a site and especially for getting ranked on search engine.. but well.. as you know im just a slave.. that is a request of the customer ;) soo i dont really have the choice... flash and size are requested ;(
For the background sounds.. well just hit the STOP =) customer wanted sounds as well as i said im just a slave ;)
about the size yeah.. i guess 900 is tooo big... next time i'll try to reduce that even if the guy want it to fit 1024 screen... but lol no way im remaking it all at this time.. the guy happy with the size right now.. but i agree on this one its way to large
Well.. thanks for the comment tho... execpt it was flash and annoying you had a chance to ahve a look? what about graphics and crap ;)
thx

I run my browser at about 975 pixels wide (20 of which are probably window border) and it still requests to scroll left and right. I loathe making my browser any bigger for regular websites because it starts seriously cutting into other windows (Text Editor, IRC, IM, Console, etc) and I like to have the best of all worlds at the same time. Just saying, that's all.
Oh, you wanted praise as well? Alright, let's see.
The edge graphic looks spiffy and go well. Red isn't my color but there isn't so much of it that I want to murder it. The blending of lighter and darker reds makes it look mesmorizing and fits a salsa theme (I guess. I don't salsa).
The effects are simple yet 'awwing' (if you're that kind of person who gets awwed by effects, anyway). Not too flashy but actually make some use of the technology. The animations are timed very nicely so that you don't have to sit through five seconds of 'flash this, flash that' but you still get some of the neat effects.
The only possible change to effects you might consider is, when you click on an item, rather than flashing the entire screen then re-flashing the part that will contain the data, just flash the part that will contain data. Unless that's being used as a loading screen, in which case *shrug*.
The interface is intuitive and doesn't contain 'you need to read the manual to figure out how to press the button' elements.

Alright, thank you for your comments... i'll let 1-2 days go and get the most comments i can... and ill work out a final version of this.. well i really appreciate your point of you on the work. If you ever need something like that just ask away.
dont listen to him arsonic, use flash for everything. if possible add as much flash to overlay the current flash. the more seziures the better. make it flash. ;)
did you take it down or somthing?

let me know if you can access it ;)
you should be able im working and updating it right now ;)
i dont like the transpearancies of your popup windows. make them either darker or lose the background image. i like the design tho. also the menu navigation. its cool. but i think motion on buttons gets annoying. a simple highlight is ok. also i dont see enuf boob.
