OMGZ0R HAWT BUTTER WEB THEME

I can't wait anymore, the anticipation was killing me. I present to you GameHavoc new web/forum theme. Right now it still need new icons for the post icons and such, but those will be in place in a day or three.

I changed EVERYONES forum profile to the new theme. If you want to go back, go to the front page and click the Profile link on the right hand side. The old theme is called "Gamehavoc Old" .. The 56K theme also still exists.

Template work by myself, graphics by Arsonic, some CSS code from Darien, with some initial concepts from Kael and Canon.

Just a note - the button to edit your profile from the forums seems to be missing now, unless I'm missing it. :?

Add it back maybe?

Also - the "...A MULTIGAME COMMUNITY" text looks out of place. I suggest something a little bit closer to the text in the GameHavoc logo.

Other than those two suggestions - looks great. Good job everyone that worked on it!

I just tried to see if my button would light up or change when I got a PM, but it doesn't. Is there a way to show some notification on new PMs (besides the email notification)? Other than that, looks awesome.

I think the banner at the top is a bit too large, but it's not that big of a deal. I'm curious as to why only CS and HL are depicted in the pictures when a lot of people on here play WoW and GW and that new FPS (Battlefield???)? The tag says "A Multigame Community", but only one game is represented.

Other than that, looks nice.

It looks nice, but i still say it the whole flow of the graphics along the top doesnt go with the name "Game Havoc", everything is too streamline. Not very havoc-y or chaotic.

Oh well, i cant complain. I said i'd help but i never did, no time on my hands :( good job guys.

THe community came from Half-Life and CS and we know people plays other games too..

Well... thanks to all of you who told me i was sexy... i knew that but its always fun to have others telling you =)

and to all other complains I HATE YOU ALL ;) joking... for all of those who have request for buttons or see some bug i appreciate it.. BUT YOU GIMME WORK ;) hehe and well... for comments about teh rest ill take some notes... but its hard to do something that everyone will like ;) anyway as i always say any comments are good... the bad and the good one are always good to know...

ohh well.. and yeah Uthor i know theres alot of game out there.. but if you find me the place to put em i will ;)

I wish i still had time for things like this. If i was still back in highschool with no life i def would have lent my hand to designing this site.

Oh, and the tag is "a multigame community" because back when the site was new and it still had that default php logo up in the corner i was angry at it and whipped up that logo thats been there forever since then. I just pulled that tag line out of my butt, it really doesnt necessarily mean that we are that diverse, its just ackknowledging that we all play more than just CS.

Yup, that's the only way. Unless you change your profile every day, there's no real need for it to have a button. Surely clicking the Home button doesn't slow you down that much. I only have so much room to work with.
