The IP for CS3 has changed to 70.84.137.108
That moves it from the primary machine to the second machine, to relieve CPU usage issues on the first. As a result, I have shutdown UT2K4 to make sure the second machine has enough CPU.
In addition, NS and SourceForts are no longer being officially hosted, and may or may not be online at any given time.
CS3 = Moved. NS, UT2K4, SourceForts = Gone.
