This film won Morgan Spurlock Best Director at the 2004 Sundance Film Festival. It is a documentary of sorts that describes, indetail, what eating at the golden arches does to a healthy human body.
I watched it and I was pretty impressed.

This guy just got himself a series on FX called "30 days to change your life" or something. In any event, after his first experience, he examines what else could change your life in 30 days: Being in prison? Being a muslim in current-day America? Etc. Looks neat. I'll watch it... and I don't watch much TV.

Hrmm my friend was telling me about some of the extra's on the DVD he took McD's food and put them in a jar to see how long they take to decompose.
Well lets just say this. It took 5 weeks for the big mac to be too disgusting to eat. and the Fries after 8 weeks. NOTHING! Nothing! they didn't even start to decompose!.....

I'm hungry.
I thought this was a pretty good. It stopped me from eating fast food for about 12 hours.

I've yet to eat at a MacDonalds, Burger King, or Wendy's since seeing that movie.
