lol alright so the other day i was on #gamehavoc on mirc and i said. "hey someone send me some money." and then someone was like "do you accept paypal?" and i said "yep stellar845@hotmail.com" and today i got a message in my email saying that Daniel Frost had sent me 0.07 USD today via paypal. just wanted to see who that was and thank them for the laugh and the 7 cents...

no it doesnt cost any money to send money, just recieve it. If kast has a non-standard account, $30 in 13 cent incriments would cost $69 in fee's...so it would simply cost kast $29.

the fee is $0.30 plus 2.8% i beleive, which is $0.303 for $0.13

Nope, no fee to the person recieving (its a transaction fee, therefore the sending party doesn't send as much money as they think they are sending) plus the recevier can refuse that payment anyway costing the sender to lose all their money, get nothing in return and PayPal to get rich off the stoopidity:-)
