Saw this earlier on /., and wondered why they're not giving names or any sort of statistics on who was caught by country, age, how they caught them, etc. Good to hear though, and I'm glad they're not blaming the delay on the hackers anymore (as shown by the awful alpha state of the leak released post Sept. 30th). They're actually owning up to bad production times and misestimated release dates.

rgr that. lol. on gamespy there was an article where GS contacted the FBI media guy and the comments were 'no released statements contradict the events which took place' or something, and that they couldnt release names cuz it's privyd info or something.

Kael, thats because the community doesnt have to "follow" the law like the authorities technicly do
