Movie player help

I use a hand full of movie players to watch certain videos and movies on my computer. such as winamp realplayer and divx. well sometimes ill get a movie off of kazza and i wont be able to fast foward at all. and i dont know why. if someone could help change this that would be awesome.

It normally has to do with the codec that is on your computer I would think. Download Gspot, it shows what codecs the movies are running then you can search and download the correct ones. Or it might not be able to be fixed depends on how the video was rendered too. I dont think a player can help this.

how come you dont just use wmp? it plays all the formats you have codecs installed for (except reaplayer) and if you dont have a codec it automatically downloads it for you.

ive only had that issue with an "ASF" file.
