Hey, what do i use to install something that is compressed in an SFV file??

Nothing's compressed in an SFV file, it's a checksum file used to tell if your other files are good. So if you have a bunch of .zip's or .rar's, you can download a program called QuickSFV or one of the many others and then it'll tell you if there's a problem with any of the zips/rar's.

OK, so is ther anything special i need to do to unzip everything or is there a way to combine all the zips or rars?

Really depends on what you downloaded. Sometimes you need to combine parts before you unzip/rar, sometimes you unzip/rar it and it automatically joins them, sometimes you gotta do a happy dance.

winrar does pretty much everything.. and I don't trust winzip anymore as it has repeatedly created corrupted zip backups in the past which I why I don't use it at all anymore.
