Some of you guys might not read the clanhad.com/forums. Here's a little blurb about my first enjoyable pvp experience:

A sweeter taste of pvp... (http://clanhad.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=329)

Okay, dont flame me but my feelings on this. Of course you are going to kill two level 18s. A rogue stealth up on two elfs who are 6-7 levels lower isn't great. I would get so frustrated playing WoW if that happened to me alot, which I gather it probably happens more often than not. Now Canon I know you said you normally dont do that so do not get me wrong but I am sure there are people out there who do do it alot.

im sure there are, but i can see it getting boring after 3 days, its like going to elynn forest and slaying level 2 boars.. i would get that effect soon. unless sombody really deserved it.

To be honest I hate that shit. Because it's happened to me over 20 times in Tarren Mill... and normally I get ganged up on by more than one.

I was going to leave those elves alone.... I was... but I couldn't shake the pure anger I felt towards the Alliance for their actions against me earlier in the day and that week.

you can call it what you want.
but if you can resolve it with other players helping you blizzard will not bother with it. this has been told to others in our guild when they complain about it.

so basically, if you can round up some 60s to kick their ass, then its not their problem.

griefing isn't a crime in WoW

Just wait till you gotta go to Gadgetzan. There's some allinace that like to stand on the roof of one of the houses and do nothing but pick people off. I just got ganked there yesterday by 3 lvl 58's with nothing better to do.

you are part of a cycle of birth.
you create your character.
play in "Safe zones" till yo fully understand how to do it.
then you enter zones that are less safe (tarren mills is the worst by far).
upon level 40, you will find it lessens (the ganking) and you yourself feel inclined to be harrasing to others around you.
your cyle then goes until you eventually hit 60 where you are rarely "Ganked". and rather you spend your time laughing at newbies.

just last night i was on my way to the wetlands from arathi high lands when i passed over the bridge. on the right there was a small area where low levels have quests (lvl30-34). (think its called dun goro ?? sp?)

so i pass over the bridge and go into the area mainly becuase im a warlock. yep. what are warlocks? evil people.
muhhahaa

so i walk right up to the group of 4 of them. i do /farewell
the all just stand and look.
i cast howl of terror. 4 of them go running off in fear. muahhahahaa

right into the arms of level 33-34 elietes.
one goes right into a building and agros i dunno how many. =) lets just say, they all died. Why is this so fun you may ask me. Well as most of us know in PVP we take no "Death durability loss". meanning when you die, your armor and weapons are uneffected. you will still take a beating from when your hit. but not the 10% death loss. by fearing, i did not do damage to them, and they died to the eliete mobs. NOT ME. therefor "i" kill them, but they have to pay to repair their armor! muhahahaha

so later on, i decide to stop and check in on my new found friends. thsi time they decide to attack me. HA! 4 fell really fast. there is no stopping my corruption and curse of agony.

so me and warmongerer (another guildie) are heading back to go slay the dragon when we come agross 3 others. they look apealing. so we decide to go for it. it was a trap. :) 3 more rogues came out of stealth and started wailing on us... i broke free from the 6 while warmongerer kept them at bay and i cast my summon infernal on them.

HAHAHAH! they fell like bricks. doing 200 damage (i think) area effect on them. When it lands it instalnty starts pummeling the alliance for 200+ a hit. then breaks and comes after me. from which i then cast enslave demon and he yet again is at my control.

kinda wish i had fraps recording. it coulda been a cool video.

but anyway. my point is that when you hit 60, you yourself will find you do these same things simply becuase you were "griefed" as a lower level. and you will laugh histarically at it since your on the other side of the pasture.

I enjoyed ganking those two kids.... but I felt guilty at the same time. Everytime I'm in tarren mill questing and I see a level 50-60 alliance on the horizon, I just hope I'm insignificant enough that he's not going to change his route to come over and gank me.

Over a series of several days I was run down by alliance. I tried casting evasion and sprinting... I tried to vanish. All it ever accomplished was to stretch my death out over a 3-mile run. Those ****ers won't leave you alone. Ever.

It annoys me because my first pvp experience I was lvl 18 and I stealthed up on a lvl 24 human shaman. I figured, "What the hell... let's see how I do." I get that bitch down to 1/10 of her health and a ****ing lvl 60 night-elf rogue destroys me from out of nowhere.

I got baited... It's true. I've learned to be more aware of that as a result. But at least I was setting my aim a little higher.... looking for a challenge.

I'm sure you're right though... I'll come to really take joy in raping the lower level peeps who are in places they shouldn't be. ;)

i dont think he means it like that...

WOW was released to the US first, then weeks (maybee a month(s)?) Later to eruopean countries. all patches have fallen suit in the same manner.

what is suprising is that on this piece, they will go in the opposite order. thats all.
