In my opinion, the ONLY thing that can keep Tampa Bay from winning the cup is their age. They are far too skilled to lose, but make too many mistakes and lose the puck. That is the only way Calgary can score, off Tampa's mistakes. Tampa is unexperienced, but I believe they will still win the cup. With players like St. Louie, Lecavalier, Richards, and others, they have too much skill to not win it. The only thing missing is the heart. Calgary on the otherhand missing the skill but is ALL heart. The only player on the Flames that matches Tampa Bay's skill is Iginla. Nieminen is a key player to Calgary becuase with his size and power, the Lightning can't get anything going. It shows in game 5, no Nieminen gives Lightning the heart. However, stupid mistakes by Tampa can cost Tampa the game.

Flames in 6. Tampa doesn't want it badly enough, I think the Flames will come out strong as hell in game 6 and steamroll Tampa.

This is Funny cause The Flammes are a Canadian team.
The best players of TB are French Canadian.

The Canadians wins the cup anyways who ever wins but calgary will win.

3-2 for flammes so far.

TB has what it takes, but like I said lacks the heart which, now after game 5, will cost them the cup. Calgary will win game 6 UNLESS Brad Richards can score because they are 43-0 when he does, so that will give them a sort of lift.

Calgary has as much if not more skill then TB. They might not have the high paid high profile starts like TB, but they have just as much skill. To many people keep writing them off as a cinderella team. They win because they work as a team and know where their teammates are at all times. They are the real deal and I never had any doubt going into the playoffs they would win it all. Only shocker for me in the playoffs was TB beating Philly.

Check their stats though and besides Iginla they don't really have any big players. Iginla is the only one who manages over 20 goals a season. Thats a big reason why it seems they ALWAYS look for him for the pass so he can shoot, the other guys just don't score that many goals.

On a team where Simon is playing on your top line, you really don't have all that many offensive weapons. Don't get me wrong, Simon is a good player, but he's not first line talent on most teams.

may i remind you that tampa bay's payroll is 21st highest in the league while calgary's is 19th highest. And no, they do not have the same skill, yes, a few selected player do, but that is only a few. Calgary WILL win the cup in game 6 because they do want to more. Tampa Bay's goal was to get to the Cup finals, not to win them, and that shows. There was a reason why Tampa was 1st in the East and Calgary was 6th in the West. Tampa Bay had the skill, but in the playoffs, Calgary has shown that they want it more.

Maybe but no one will hit Simon. So, he can take the puck were he wants.

Remember however, only Ben Clymer, John Grahame Andre Roy (Sounds French) were born in the US. 15/25 players are Candian. Therefore, Canada beat Canada once again!!!
