HELP! i log in, and i cant see anything. My interface folder = Empty.

WTF! download cosmos and try that.

if your still having problems, try
http://ftp.blizzard.com/pub/WoW/other/Repair.zip

it's a repair tool supplied by Blizzard, it will scan all your files and check them. If installing Cosmos, and running the repair tool don't work, then ur fuxord and it's time to reinstall (don't forget to save the patch so you don't have to download it!)

Looked on troubleshooting, amazingly they had my problem. Had to do something with my network card
