The recent bouts of lag during the evening don't appear to be due to the fact we were running four server, but the fact Psychostats 2.x was kicking off in the middle of primetime.
I've adjusted the stat collecting programs to only run once per day, between the hours of 4am and 7am, EST. Please note that all four servers shutdown and restart at 5am anyways to free up memory and clean things up.
If you're still experiencing really bad lag in the evenings, let me know and I'll take some further actions that are already under consideration.
