I keep trying to get rid of cosmos totally as I have found the CTMod to be less clunky as Cosmos. However in doing so, I can no longer use the / functions (ie. /emote, /r). I really dont want to have to do a full uninstall/reinstall. Any clues?
all you have to do is delete the stuff in the interface folder that belongs to cosmos

All you have to do is delete the \interface\addons directory. That's worked for me to delete cosmos when I switched to CTMod.

I tried that too, no clue wtf is going on. Just reinstalling
edit: Then spending 3 hours downloading the patch more than likely.

just get the patch off of a file site like fileshack or fileplanet, it'll save you a ton of time.
another good idea is to store the patch in a seperate area so that if you have to reinstall, then you don't have to download the patch.
this last bit goes for anyone having WoW problems:
before you decide to take the time to reinstall if your having problems, you can always try the WoW repair utility supplied by blizzard.
