Frustrating yet rewarding

Has anyone had one of these quests where you simply cannot win it, you play if for 2 hours and still haven't beaten it. Then comes your chance and you finally get through it and you see that it was worth it (ie. big reward, great new weapon etc. ) Just had one of those today, it was awesome.

Ummm.... I just go off and do other quests for the sake of getting experience. Then when I level, I go back to the quest and finish it.
