Cant play it, whenever I start a game, I get a black screen. Pluse, the font is all fubared on launch.

is your monitor in power save mode (as in it cant display the res you have)

sounds to me like you're having lots of video related problems...i would recommend getting that 9800 ;)

oh come on guys, i only said that because he said he was looking into a 9800. I like nvidia, but ati vs nvidia wars are lame... and old.

This might help the text thingy, though you mite have tried it already.

when you right click on the exe, and go to compatibility, do you have the "Turn off advance text services for this program" checked? Try messing around with that...

I dunno if it will work so yeah...

yea i know it sucks and i get 30 FPS top playing CS.... i need a job for a better card
