Okies I have Battlefield 1942 + Battlefield Road to Roam

Why do they insist on putting out more expansion when I am broke. Is vietnam worth getting and are there other expansions out that I don't know about other then Vietnam thanks =p

Vietnam isn't an expansion, it's a stand alone game.

I think Vietnam was worth the money, although I didnt play 1942 or Rome, I did watch folks. I like it, its smooth and the music rocks. Its a lil buggy, buy I have a "non-official" patch that lets you adjust soundcard and screen res to play at the refresh rate your monitor is at, it made a world of difference for me.

Okay then not forking out money for vietnam then cause it's a whole game and means it will el expensivo.

i think its worth it and they finally fixed the m60 so now its ALOT more balanced.

I'm not sure you need a patch for that, HaloEight. In BF1942, you could change this, there's a value you have to change in the default video configuration though. Something like "AllowAllRefreshRates" or something.

I didn't know, I had never played any BF games before and the manuals that come with games anymore are pretty much useless as far as that goes.
