Have u not seen the millions of others similar to it? There is quite a bit may not be as big as leek but it's still riding the same train It's more of the dance then anything else

From what I can tell they are from a program called vocaloids.

I like how the white her girl at the top is trying to dance with the rest but cant during the first song.

I think what it is, is a program to make vids with music and you have set chars you can use for them.

This vid is done using an anime opening I believe. But they used the chars from the program vocaloids.

I looked the program up a little on wikipedia, but currently it seems like wikipedia is down so I cant re read it.

Vocaloid 2 is a software package from Yamaha that synthesizes ... well, someone. And can support singing.

With enough voice samples, you could theoretically replace voice actors for games, or at least, remix lines and not require them to come back in for a rerecording.

I'm sure with the higher production values of games, you can see modders making use of this.
