So... guess what i gave my mom for mothers day?

well aside from the nice flower boxes, soil, and mounting brackets (and my free installation). my wife took a spill on sunday morning near 1am at her friends house.

took out her ankle.

broke it *SNAP*

so we got to chill out in the ER till near 4am. Wahoo! whats a mom for sitting there with you eh?

Sucks. My dad broke his.. Not the entire thing, just that little bone in the back, last year. He had a cast and/or crutches, etc, for 3+ months.

Didn't help that he kept walking on it.

So sorry to hear that Blue, I hope it heals fully. :/ My ankles still give out to this day from out basketball injuries.

i rolled my ankle on friday pretty bad, then went and played 3 soccer games on saturday and 2 sunday (we won 1st in the tournament), and if the swelling isn't gone by tomorrow, i'm getting it checked out. oh, not to mention i'm supposed to kick field goals for football after school!

were going to the doctors tomorrow to get a cast. aprently you cant get a cast for 48 hours as the swelling is bad.

they had to re-adjust hte ankle. aparently it didnt get set the best way in the ER.... what happened at your Doc's apt. Nefarious?

I can't do anything sports related for 2 weeks or until further notice. This is ALMOST the worst timing in the world cuz my soccer team is challenging to get into a better division in 3 weeks and we are supposed to work out like hell till then. in 2 weeks, I have a tournament but what the coach is using it for is to look at who he wants on the team, so if i can't do anything, im screwed!
