WoW worth it?

Is WoW really worth the monthly payments? I have never really liked mmorpgs but I love WC, I dont know what to do >_<

This game is worth every time. Between me and Kamie we've already gotten at least 35 hours of play out of it, and we bought it last Friday on the way home from work. Note: Most games are considered good if you get 40 hours of enjoyment out of them.

Since the first month is free, if in 3 weeks I think I've worn it out, I won't have to continue my subscription. Either way I tend to consider a game worth my money if I put considerable time into it.

I'm not attacking the game. Actually, I'm mildly curious about it and I'm considering trying it (if my fkng pc would stop bluescreening). I'm just wondering how they went from rts to mmorpg.

I remember seeing a wc3 promo a while ago... a human and an orc were fighting eachother and then shit started raining from the sky. Maybe I'm contorting things in my head. :/

anyhow, it looked cool and I wanted to play it... but I lost interest since.

i have some fun spells. im a warlock. "Rain of fire". makes "shit rain from the sky". big fireballs to be exact. does some heafty damage and dazes em. :)

i also have "hellfire" that REALLY beats the shit out of em, but becuase of the spell, i take the same damage [87 / second] (which sucks). so i typically die when doing that. kind of a last resort.where i only have 1200 health, i cant go so long...

Well Arizona, that's really going to have to be a personal judgment call. People get different things out of games than others. If you like what has been described on these boards about WoW, then get WoW. =D.

A lot of GH is playing on Laughing Skull as Horde characters. A few are on Mal'ganis. Shining Force also plays on Mal'ganis (Also Horde)

I play on Laughing Skull, my ping is twice as high on Mal'ganis

i dont know, WoW can be pretty addicting at times so it isnt always worth playing.
