Ah, mostacholi, the easiest of pasta dishes that I know of.

1 lb. mostacholi
1 lb. ground beef
1 can pasta sauce

Cook the mostacholi. Brown the ground beef at the same time. The beef should finish before the noodles, so drain the fat and pour in the pasta sauce. I use about 2/3 of a small jar, but I don't like too much sauce. Those that do should go with a whole jar. Heat the sauce and beef until warm. Once the noodles are cooked, drain the water and mix it all together.

Makes about 3 good sized portions or a meal for a family of four. Throw in some garlic bread and you're golden. Costs about $8.
