well as some may have followed i had my return fight to MMA on the 19th. Unfortunately it ended in a draw. It was a pretty even match the whole time. I think towards then end i had worn him down quite a bit considering he did puke after the fight. But the fight stayed in basically a scramble for position the whole time. there weren't any devistating exchanges. Overall i am happy with my return fight, i wish i could have had another minute in the fight, i think it would have made it possible for the win. But i didn't lose and now i can prepare for june 7th.

So, which disciplines are you trained in?

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is all I've learned... and I'm not very far into that.

yes, MMA is mixed martial arts. and i am trained in Brazilian juijitsu, boxing, kick boxing, and muay thai, which is another form of kick boxing just more emphasis on elbows, knees, and working from the clinch.

Good stuff. :)

Thai + brazilian = good combo

Too bad you didn't win, but a tie is definetly better then a loss.
Gratz on your return and good luck in your next fight.

Isn't June 7th pretty short notice for another fight?

yes and no. I have had less time between fights before. I have a juijitsu seminar i am doing with i think hodrego gracie on the 3rd and 4th of june. I am pretty sure it will be hodrego and not royce considering royce has a fight this weekend.
