I played their 3 days during E3 and I have to say, was a whole load of fun. Not as involved as WoW, or EQ, but fun nonetheless. And hell, it LOOKED great.

Uber busy weekend!

I have a Halo link party on Friday that will probably stretch well into Saturday.
And the biggest LAN-party of the year is going to be here the whole weekend. Even though I'm not going to bring a comp I'll have to visit and pwn some Joint Ops and check up on what ppl are doing.
And whatever is left I have to spend on Guild Wars!!

Maybe I'll get the guy who owes me money to follow me around and regulary feed me...

DAOC was the perfect game for PvP.

3 Realms that couldnt talk to each other, everyone level'd in his realm, and whenever you wanted to do PvP, you went in the "pvp zone".

So great.

Dye's work fine, you just don't have plate. Look at the little rigs on your armor, THAT is what's getting colored in the basic stuff.

I've been roaming the explorable area for a couple of hours and discovered LOTS of Ettins that needs to be hunted down for their Hides before the season is over.
There are 7 of them at Giant's Basin and even more at Nebo Terrace.

No... if you preorder the game, there are preview events like this the first week of every month. This weekend you'll be able to play again if you preordered. You get a special item, and I believe you get to keep your character. (You for sure can from this event.)

GameStop is the only one that delivers internationally, but it has 25$ shipping to Norway!!!
But it's still cheaper than what it would have cost in Norway(with no shipping) though...

yea, they opened up a lot of area's and made some changes to weapon damage and such. like before, the best hammer i ever found was 10-15 damage, then first mission i played i got a 20-33 hammer :)

I have tried it.. I didn't like it. I don't like all the quests that you feel that you have to do. You get so much more exp than just going out and killing stuff... that's what owned about Shadowbane. Go out and grind then go PK, enough said.

I played the World Preview Event for Guild Wars and I was totally gonna get it, but then I tried the WoW Open Beta... they shouldn't even be mentioned in the same sentence.
Guild Wars had better graphics, but it ends there. WoW is better in so many ways that it hurts.
You guys should go get yourself a 10-day trial.

Yeah - it was a hell of a lot better than EQ or anything else. I had no trouble getting to 60. Hell, I had a character at 61 where I had to kill 1 mob that gave less than half of the exp it should have. It was the only thing that still con'd anything other than white (1 XP) . I had more fun doing that then running around and finding magical wells to get water out of to further along my NE story. :(

Are you talking about WoW? The game is already out and Collector's Editions that come with the free pass are sold out, the only copies available are for about $200. If you weren't talking about WoW, then I take that back ;).
