Hrm, I think it just means whichever one you personally like the most. Having only watched to 26 or so, I would have to say...Kakashi.

My favourite is Shiko (Just started watching again so I'm not sure about the name, but he's the dude with the shadow hands.)

He's not the coolest though.

Naruto is cool when he goes fox mode. Rawr!

Sasuke has the coolest combination of fighting, but he loses major points for being ugly when he wears the all black outfit and for looking like a crazy black woman when he does the 2nd transformation thingy.

Gaara and Shino are also cool in a creepy way.

Kiba is cool, mostly because he fights in a semi-naruto-fox-mode style.

I hated Lee at the start because he basically looked like a comic relief character, but he turned awesome after fighting Gaara. (minus a few points for drunken boxing style)

Nejii and Hinata are cool too, but they lose points because their attacks, that are supposed to permanently damage chakra or kill someone, never do just that.

I personally like Kakashi cuz he looks sweet wit his one sharingan eye. Naruto is sweet though when he goes nuts and uses the Rasengan. But Kakashi's Chidori looks cooler.

Favorite Naruto Charactor is Kakashi, he kicks ass. Lookin at his naughty magazines and such.

Oh and i HATE Naruto, especially in the begining when he thinks he's cool but Sasuke beats his ass.
I've also never been a fan of charactors like Naruto that act tought but are really dumb. Just rubs me the wrong way.

I've honestly never heard of Naratu before but you all talk like it's mainstream. Wondering what it is. Is it like Battletech?

The very very rough description Doc: Its an anime about ninjas, specificly a young one named Naruto. Naruto is special because he has the spirit of a big demon fox sealed within him.

It's also licensed by Cartoon Network and so has air time within the US, but they're about 130 episodes behind last I checked. If you're really interested I can get you the first few episodes, though the first few are really kinda of "stage setters" just introducing characters, setting, etc.

My copies are all Japanese with subtitles, however. I'm not a big fan of the English dub CN has done.

The show is still in production so most of us download a new episode once a week as the subtitlers put them out about 24 hours after they air.

I have to give the author crdit for doing something really awesome. Advancing the plotline 3 years and changing the character designs accordingly.

favourite char: Aburame Shino. Why? Because he's just badass in all regards.

Ya they took out all the cool stuff in North America and they changed all the jutsu words to make it sound really gay. I am not trying to diss naruto but North America just killed the whole thing. The manga and shows in Japanese(dubbed english)are still good though.
