Anyone out there got one working?

I have an 80gig SATA hard drive and an NFORCE 3 250 (Chaintech) board. I can't get the darned two to work together.

When I plug the SATA drive in, my machine refuses to boot passed the mup.sys file (which is completely frigging weird).

Anyone able to show off and tell me what they did to get theirs working?

I don't want conjecture or guesses as to whats wrong with my setup, I just want to hear how everyone else got theirs working

Better still, tell me you tried and failed. That way I'll feel like less of a Chump

Wish I knew. I don't have much experience with SATA drives except for a Dell XPS system that someone I know wanted formatted and rolled back to Win2k. All I remember is having to install a custom driver during setup for Win2k to recognize the drive controller, but it was also running in a RAID 0 configuration so that may be why I needed the drivers. I'm not sure if win2k (seems like XP would) supports SATA out of the box.

What OS? I have dual raptors (36.7gb 10krpm sata drives) running in a raid-0 without any problem under WinXP. SATA does require a driver(For the SATA controller)... so that needs to be installed.
