Ok, explaination time!
In the UK, when I was growing up, there were a number of comics for kids
Buster, The Dandy and The Beano. If you are English and about 30 years old, you'll have probably read a couple of these.
Now, when I was young, there wasn't IRC or the Internet to speak to people you never met and never want to met, but you still talk to. What there was to fill that void was called CB radio.
CB was HUGE, too HUGE and people went mad and put up 50foot polls in their gardens inorder to talk to people further away (Higher the poll, broader your coverage).
Anyway, I digress. The point of the two items above is this. Comics were taking the CB radio lingo and making it fun for kids.
Sorry, but its fairly English oriented humor (for those that read these comics and can remember the CB kids. I assume thats probably just me come to think of it) :oops:

ooh Resurection .. yeah, but are the CB Kids and will anyone in the forums get that a warm fuzzy feeling of lazy summer (English Summer) days reading comics and doing Wheelies on their BMXs when they hear/read 'beaker beaker one nine, I have an eye ball'
